Holiday Home Bellavista is a comfortable family accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a barbecue area, a large communal pool and a tennis court. The house is fully air-conditioned and has wifi internet access. Small pets up to 7 kg are allowed upon prior request and with a small charge for cleaning.

The house is located in the end position, right next to the pool in a row of 4 houses, in a quiet residence that shares a large pool and a tennis court.
The ground floor is air-conditioned and consists of a living room with a kitchen, dining table and seating furniture with direct access to the terrace and fenced garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and kettle. Large dining table with 6 chairs.
The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen sattv, and large sliding doors lead to a terrace with garden furniture, 4 deck chairs, an umbrella and a charcoal grill.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet and sink. In the pantry there is a washing machine, an iron and small household items.

The staircase leads to the 1st floor with two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a whirlpool tub, toilet and sink.
One bedroom has a double bed, AC and access to the balcony that it shares with the other room. The second room has AC, two separate beds and access to a shared balcony. The balcony offers a panoramic view of green olive groves and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon.
