Description

A traditional Istrian house will provide you with a rest in the cozy space of a stone house. Stone is good insulation in the mild Mediterranean climate, so the house is not equipped with air conditioning. Sattv with German programs, but without internet for a real retreat into nature.

The house is spread over 3 floors.
The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms each with double beds and the possibility of two additional futon mattresses. Between the rooms on the second floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
All double beds can be separated, and the beds are protected by a mosquito net.
 
The house has two entrances, one through the front yard with a lawn and the back, where you can park your car in front of the garden house.
The back yard is in the shade and has a cozy barbecue area with a fireplace, benches and a table.
