This two-storey holiday apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful center of the small fishing village of Selce.

The apartment is divided into two floors.
Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. On the ground floor of the house it is pleasantly cool even on very hot days. From the hallway you have access to the terrace with garden.
1st floor:
There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bedrooms lead to a large balcony with seating.

Parking spot:
The car park is just outside the entrance to the property, in a quiet lane which is shaded most of the day. There are 2 to 3 parking spaces, depending on the size of the vehicles. The alley partly belongs to the property of the house.
