There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bedrooms lead to a large balcony with seating.

Parking spot:
The car park is near the entrance to the property, in a quiet lane which is in shade most of the day. There are 2 to 3 parking spaces, depending on the size of the vehicles. The alley partly belongs to the property of the house.
