All apartments have their own terrace or balcony, which can be reached from the living area, and offer a wonderful view of the sea and the nearby islands of Krk and Rab.

The beautifully designed outdoor area invites you to linger and offers plenty of space for relaxing hours outdoors. The highlight is the 30 m² swimming pool, which ensures refreshing moments. For families and groups, there is a private children's playground, a barbecue for shared use and sun loungers set up around the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, a sauna and a fitness room, which provides additional relaxation.

Free private parking is available directly behind the house. Intermediate cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels are already included in the rental price, so you can relax without any worries.

The washing machine can be used for a fee of 8.00 euros per wash, and pets are welcome on request for a daily fee of 25.00 euros.
