The spacious loggias are furnished with chairs, tables and loungers and offer a postcard view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Krk and the protected forest. Thanks to the roofing and the side walls, both loggias offer good wind protection, ideal for soaking up the sun in the fresher seasons such as autumn, winter and spring.

The nearest rocky beach is only 200 m away, the next pebble and fine pebble beach is only 600 m. The official nudist beach "Kacjak" is 800 m away at the campsite of the same name and offers many hidden bays a paradise for nudists! In Crikvenica there is the popular sandy beach "Crni Mol" (2.5km). The official dog beach "Podvorska" is located in Crikvenica (4.8km) and is the number one dog beach on the list of the top 5 dog beaches on the Adriatic!

Konzum supermarket and Domino restaurant are in the area. Large shopping center, daily weekly market, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and discos can be found in the center in neighboring Crikvenica (3.5 km).
